There's bad news for motorists - car tax is on the up!
Earlier today Tynwald voted in favour of a 3.1 per cent rise, which comes into effect from Sunday, April 1.
If you have a car with an engine between 1.2 - 1.8 litres you'll now have to fork out £178 a year.
However, there's good news for electric vehicle owners, as they won't pay any road tax until at least 2020.
