Emergency Services were called out after a vehicle went over the edge at Scarlett in Castletown.
The Island's Coastguards, ambulance, fire and rescue and police were all in attendance.
One person was removed from the vehicle and was treated by Paramedics.
The are was closed off whilst the incident was dealt with, but is now open.
