The Queen's Pier Restoration Trust has announced the appointment of its first President.
Captain Stuart McKenzie MBE has taken up the position for an initial period of two years.
It comes following his role as the Trust's first Project Manager, having been involved since its inception in 2016.
Captain McKenzie says contributions towards the maintenance of the landmark are always welcome:
