Cancer care survey respondents urged to return them as soon as possible

The Department of Health are encouraging cancer patients who have recently received a questionnaire to complete it and return it as soon as possible.

Approximately five hundred people are diagnosed with cancer each year in the Isle of Man.

So far only a third of the patients who received the questionnaire have responded.

The feedback from the survey will help develop the Department of Health’s overarching cancer strategy.

It is hoped results will be available for publication in early 2012.
