A traditional Manx game gets underway on Boxing Day.
Cammag, a unique mix of hurling and hockey played with sticks, has been played on the Isle of Man for centuries.
On Thursday, an annual North versus South game will take place on the Tynwald Fair Field in St Johns.
Volunteer players are needed for both sides - the match is due to get underway at 2pm.
