The Island's Public Accounts Committee is calling for a public inquiry into the government's handling of the pandemic.
The Committee, chaired by Rushen MHK Juan Watterson, has recommended the inquiry cover the period from December 2019, when the first case was reported in China, to the end of September 2021.
They made the recommendation in their annual report, which will be put to Tynwald to vote in November.
