The Chief Minister says he believes government still needs to be more open in order to stop sensitive issues getting out of hand.
His comments come after weeks of so called ‘political football’ after concerns were raised about Noble’s Hospital and the health service.
Backbench MHKs have now been asked to deal with issues more constructively – instead of simply making noise about them.
