The Manx Wildlife Trust has advertised for wardens to be part of the team based on the Calf of Man.
It is thought to be one of the most remote jobs in the British Isles and involves estate management, data collection and baiting long tails.
There are three positions available, two for volunteers and one for an experienced Estate Warden.
The successful candidates will be part of the team on the Calf for nine months and in severe weather, could be cut off for weeks.
