A Douglas cafe owner says he's devastated after having to tell his staff they'd be out of a job in the New Year.
Chris Lidgett runs Cafe Avanti in the Strand Centre in Douglas - it will close its doors for the final time on January 15th as new owners Sports Direct refurbish the complex.
He says unlike other businesses which are moving out, his kitchens mean it's difficult to relocate and so he's had to take the decision to shut for good.
