The number of people working in the government's Cabinet Office rose by more than eight per cent last year.
Minister David Ashford faced a question for written answer from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about staffing numbers.
In September last year, there were just over 358 full-time equivalent posts - but this year that number had risen to more than 387.
Mr Ashford added there were no self-employed people working in the office.
