Cabinet Office 'engaged' with Ireland to include IOM in travel 'green list'

The Cabinet Office remains engaged with the Irish government over potentially including the Isle of Man on Ireland's travel 'green list' in future.

That's according to the Chief Minister after he was asked by Rushen MHK Juan Watterson what progress has been made in getting the Island added the Irish Green List for travel.

Certain countries don't have to restrict their movements when travelling to Ireland and therefore have a 'green' security status rating - they include nations such as Greenland, Italy and Slovakia.

Currently, the Island only has free movement between Guernsey - having established an "air corridor" in July
