Business links set to strengthen with Scotland

What will greater powers of control devolved to Scotland mean for the Isle of Man?

It was confirmed in the Queen's speech earlier this week that Scotland will now be able to set income tax rates and bands.

Despite this their corporate tax rate will go unchanged - which lowers the threat to the Island's unique selling point in attracting new business.

Tax Partner at PWC Kevin Cowley says he expects business links between Scotland and the Island to strengthen in the coming years:
