Bushy’s Brewery has lost the contract to operate its Beer Tent on Douglas Council’s land.
Managing Director Martin Brunnschweiler says he’s been informed the company was outbid in competitive tender run by the local authority.
This year, the tent celebrated its 20th year in the Bottleneck Car Park next door to the Sea Terminal in the capital.
Mr Brunnschweiler says the brewery will be running a beer tent at TT 2018, and negotiations are underway to find an alternative site.
