Bushy's has applied for planning permission to set up a brewery and pub in Castletown.
The Santon-based brewery wants to redevelop Castletown Commissioners' Yard, converting it into a brewery, office, tap room and restaurant.
In a Facebook update, the company says the food and drink outlet would seat up to 180 people with indoor and outdoor areas.
The development, if approved, would need to be given the go-ahead by the licensing court before it could open.
