Bus Vannin says it remains ready and willing to continue negotiations to end the current industrial action.
Drivers have been striking over wages and contracts - with another four-day walkout due to begin on Friday morning.
The organisation says it made an offer on Friday that equated to a seven per cent pay rise as well as changes to pay frequency and shift rostering.
And it adds it'll attend any further talks through the Manx Industrial Relations Service or directly with Unite the Union.
