Bus Vannin says it’s not proud of its dirty buses.
The company says its automatic bus wash broke before Christmas but it says its been chasing delivery of the replacement part every day and it still hasn’t arrived.
It says hand washing the buses has been the only alternative but salt and grit on the roads during the cold weather has made it a bit more challenging.
Bus staff Gary and Matty have washed eight today but Bus Vannin says it takes a bit longer to wash a bus than it does a car.
