Bus Service Resumes With Some Modifications
The bus services have recommenced in the last hour, but in light of difficult conditions on side roads it will be a modified service until this evening.
Service 1 and 2 will continue the route from Douglas to Port St Mary with the main town stop offs on the way, it won’t be going to the Sound, Bradda and Derby Haven however.
Service 3 will be as normal. Service 5 will service the hospital at 10 and 40 minutes past each hour.
Service 5A will go from Douglas via Peel Road to Peel, then onto Ramsey via Kirk Michael, the Strang and St Johns route won’t be served.
A special service 25s will operate around Douglas and Onchan stopping at all the usual places every half hour with the 26s service running clockwise to it at a quarter past and quarter too the hour.
Another announcement will be made this afternoon at 3 o clock.
