The Department of Infrastructure says it's paid almost £400,000 overtime to bus drivers this year.
The figures were given in response to a question for written answer from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall said bus drivers had been paid £397,527 in overtime this year.
In total, £905,663 was paid in overtime and premium payments to Bus Vannin staff in the past 12 months.
