People in some parts of Douglas were left without water for hours last night.
It was due to a burst water main in Tromode.
Engineers worked to resolve the issue although people in Saddlestone, Farmhill, Willaston, Strang and Braddan all lost their supply.
Once the water was restored there were reports that it was significantly discoloured.
