Burglary "spike" after six in a week

Police say there is a need for "heightened vigilance" after another spate of burglaries.

It follows six this week with four in Peel and one in Onchan and Braddan.

Officers say they believe they are linked and are certain there is another spike of activity underway - following an epidemic in January.

People are being asked to report anything unusual in their area including vehicles or people they haven't seen before.
