A burglar who was caught after a £1,000 reward was offered will be sentenced in the Island's higher court.
40 year old Craig William Tiernan of Harris Promenade in Douglas admitted burglary, taking a vehicle without consent, driving while disqualified and without insurance.
The court heard he'd stolen a safe containing £1,686 from Costa Coffee in Strand Street on May 28 and stole a car from the Sefton Hotel.
He was remanded in custody and committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery to appear there on September 27.
