Around £7,000 worth of tools have been stolen from a Douglas property.
Police say a burglary took pace at 5am on February 22 at a house on Derby Square that’s currently under renovation.
The stolen tools are all either Dewalt or Makita.
Officers have released a CCTV clip and are looking to identify the person that can be seen in the area of Albert Terrace around the time of the incident.
They’re also appealing to anyone who may have witnessed something or have any dash cam or doorbell footage to contact Police Headquarters.
