With the countdown to Easter now firmly on, an Island animal charity is warning people not to get bunnies on impulse.
The Manx SPCA says people think rabbits are low-maintenance pets, but they need as much care, space, and attention as cats or dogs.
In a Facebook post, it says it has a number of rabbits ready to find new homes, but people should be aware of the commitment they need.
And it adds they make wonderful companions if you're fully prepared.
