An increase of £5.4m to the Climate Change Adaptation Fund is a 'responsible approach' to the challenges we're facing.
That's according to the Energy & Sustainability Centre Isle of Man in response to the Budget, which was announced in Tynwald last week.
The group says the government's job is to create policies and legislation to enable funding and delivery of green projects of most benefit to Manx society and the economy.
