The British Medical Association is seeking clarification over a revised Manx Care pay offer for doctors.
Manx Care says it made a revised offer of 6 per cent for 2023/2024 and 4 per cent for 2024/2025.
The BMA has not accepted this offer and is asking for improvements and clarification on certain details.
Further negotiations will take place between the two early next week.
