A pub in Douglas will lose its function room but gain a number of bedrooms if plans are given the green light.
Heron and Brearley has applied for planning permission to make changes at the British Hotel on North Quay.
In its application, the Kewaigue Brewery says the first floor of the building would house six new bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms where its Embassy room currently is.
There are also proposed changes to the layout of bedrooms on the second floor.
