Breastfeeding service relocates

Breastfeeding Buddies has relocated to meet growing demand for its service. 

The drop-in advice and support service is run by the Department of Health and Social Care's health visiting team - the aim of the group is to provide a 'relaxed atmosphere' for mums to come and share their experiences, pick up tips from professionals and other mums and celebrate their breastfeeding stories. 

The growing popularity of the service means it has had to move from the waiting room at the Village Walk in Onchan to Centre 21 on Greenfields Road in Douglas - the group also now meets on a Tuesday from 11am until 12.30pm.
