Braddan Commissioners has announced a reduction in rates of 2.44 per cent.
It's the fifth year in a row they've dropped - this time to 200p in the pound.
The commissioners say the reduction is due to savings made in administration costs and 'most notably' a reduction in the cost of providing refuse and recycling services.
