A leisure facility - dubbed 'The Roundhouse' is set to open in Braddan next year.
The multi-million pound project - which will include a cafe, children's play area, sports hall, yoga and exercise studio, nursery and even a pharmacy is due to open its doors in Autumn 2023.
Those behind the development say a key attraction will be a utdoor children's playground with an exercise track and open green space.'
Located at the Strang, it will also be the new home to Braddan Parish Commissioners.
Chairman Andrew Jessopp said he's confident the Roundhouse will improve the quality of life and wellbeing for both residents and visitors.
