Braddan Commissioners is selling its office in Union Mills for £480,000.
The local authority has plans to move into its new leisure facility, ‘The Roundhouse’, when it’s completed.
A petition has been sent to the Department of Infrastructure for approval which can be seen at the commissioners’ office in Snugborough.
Comments and views on the proposal can be submitted to the Petitions Office at the Department of Infrastructure by no later than 12 noon on 12 January.
