Braddan commissioners meet later this week, to discuss a major commercial development.
The local authority will meet at the Roundhouse from 10am on Thursday, when Hartford Homes will talk about its plans on Cooil Road.
Also on the agenda is the Roundhouse itself, as well as rent arrears and local aplanning applications.
The meeting is open to the public.
