A man who admitted stealing cider, lager and batteries will be sentenced later this month.
Andrew Raymond Moughtin of North Shore Road in Ramsey appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse this week.
His advocate requested a two-week adjournment, telling the court Moughtin is on police bail while officers investigate another allegation of criminal damage.
Mrs Hughes adjourned the case until September 26 for sentencing - the 28 year old was bailed in the meantime.
