It's aimed at giving people like restaurant owners, café managers and food vendors a clear idea of their responsibilities for complying with hygiene regulations.
The Safer Food, Better Business event will be held at the Knockaloe Classroom in Patrick on Tuesday, November 4 at 2.30pm.
