A new blueprint for the east of the Isle of Man is being mapped out by government.
It will replace all development plans currently in place and follows a 'call for sites' at the end of last year.
The Cabinet Office says the aim of the plan, which takes in Douglas, Onchan, Braddan, Garff, Marown and Santon, is to achieve 'sustainable growth for our Island communities'.
