The Billown Circuit will fill with bikers later, as the Southern 100 Club holds its annual memorial service.
Riders will gather in the holding area at the club's headquarters on the Castletown Bypass at 2pm, and set off at 2.30pm.
The parade will do two laps of the Billown course before stopping at Kirk Malew Church for the commemorative service at 3pm.
Those taking part are being reminded all vehicles need to be taxed, insured and road legal.
