Prisoners at Jurby jail are being rehabilitated, according to the head of the facility.
Governor Bob McColm says in the past, little has been done to make sure inmates can reintegrate into society.
But he says a number of new initiatives are now being introduced to try to make sure those who serve time don't reoffend:
