A man fraudulently claimed more than £14,000 in benefits after failing to tell the Treasury he was working.
Timothy Clawson, of Anagh Coar Close in Douglas, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 30-year-old admitted three counts of benefit fraud between April 2021 and January last year.
He claimed income support but worked three different jobs in construction, cleaning, and waste disposal.
The case was adjourned until May 28 and Clawson was bailed in the sum of £500.
