A Douglas benefit fraudster who failed to declare work for three employers has been handed a suspended sentence.
30 year old Timothy Michael Clawson of Anagh Coar Close was overpaid £14,012 between April 2021 and January 2023.
He admitted three counts of failing to declare a change in his circumstances.
He was sentenced to nine months' jail, suspended for two years, with a nine-month supervision order.
The court heard Clawson was paying back the money at the rate of £20 per week.
