Ben-My-Chree sailings scheduled for this evening and early tomorrow morning could face potential disruption.
The Steam Packet Company say this is due to forecasted adverse weather conditions.
The 7.45pm departure from Douglas to Heysham and the 2.15am journey from Heysham on Tuesday to the Island are those possibly affected.
A decision on both is expected to be made by 5pm.
