The Ben-my-Chree completed more than 97 per cent of its sailings in the last 13 months, according to the Steam Packet Company.
The company said she had a reliability record of 97.17 percent - having embarked on more than 1,300 sailings since January 2018.
The Steam Packet says only a number of ferries were cancelled for technical reasons.
It comes following the Ben undergoing a £1.6 million overhaul in April 2018.
