The Manxman is out of service for the next fortnight as she undergoes repairs, maintenance and berthing trials on Merseyside.
She's due to go into drydock for repairs after she was damaged docking in Heysham last month.
The Steam Packet Company will also run trials at the new ferry terminal in Liverpool.
The Ben-my-Chree is taking over Heysham services until the Manxman returns.
