Ben-My-Chree Breaks Down Just Outisde Heysham
The Ben-my-Chree has had to anchor off Heysham port following a technical fault in a fuel transfer pump.
Due to the tidal conditions and in the interests of passenger safety the decision was reached to have the engine repaired prior to entering the harbour.
It’s
anticipated that the vessel will now berth at Heysham at 4pm.
