The Ben-my-Chree is back in action today - three days ahead of schedule.
She returned to the Island at the weekend, following damage to her propeller - with repairs completed in dry dock in Falmouth.
The Ben underwent a detailed assessment by specialists and had not been expected to return to service until Friday.
However, repairs could be completed ahead of plan as the Steam Packet Company already had spare propeller blades in stock.
Any passengers affected will be contacted by the Company.
