Education and Children Minister Eddie Teare has been speaking to 3FM today about the progress of the Bemahague School development, and it would appear work is coming along well.
The new secondary school will be environmentally friendly with many additional features designed to utilize natural energy and save money on bills.
The project is costing £33 million, however it has avoided being affected by the economic downturn after the money was budgeted for back when it was first announced.
Minister Teare said work is progressing very well, and the foundation stone will be layed next month.
