How many criminals have been spared jail twice in the last five years?
That's the question Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse wants answered by Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson.
He's asked a question for written reply about people who've been given suspended prison terms, then committed more crimes - only to avoid jail again.
His query is due to be answered by Monday, June 29.
