Hernia Op Rules Out Bellis For Commonwealth Games
Recovering cyclist Jonny Bellis has opted to withdraw from the Commonwealth Youth Games squad, headed for Delhi at the end of September.
He
was forced to withdraw as he needs to undergo an operation for a
hernia, which is expected to rule him out of action for a while.
Bellis has made a remarkable recovery since his moped crash in Italy last September.
Despite not competing in Delhi he will be taking part in the Tour of Britain, which starts on 11th September.
