The Chief Minister has hit back at critics who claim the closing of the MEA retail outlets was taken lightly and government is profiteering from this.
Speaking to 3FM earlier today, Allan Bell expressed his own personal regret at having to close the stores and the implications this has for staff.
Mr Bell also strongly outlined that the subsequent savings will not go back in to central government and what issues Tynwald now faces with its ongoing losses from the store (see audio).
