An employment tribunal against company which used to run a coffee shop in Braddan's Roundhouse has been adjourned - while a former employee tries to put the company back on the register.
Francesco Romagnosi is pursuing a claim against Caffee Roundhouse Limited, but the hearing was told the owners had dissolved the company last November.
Chair Peter Taylor said the owners had made submissions to the tribunal last September, but didn't say they were winding up the company.
He granted an adjournment until the company was restored and could take part in the case again.
