Kate Beecroft, Alf Cannan and Howard Quayle have all been nominated for the role of Chief Minister.
Liberal Vannin leader Kate Beecroft was proposed by Lawrie Hooper and seconded by Julie Edge.
Ayre and Michael MHK Alf Cannan was proposed by Chris Thomas and Martyn Perkins.
Previous Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle was put forward by David Ashford and Ray Harmer.
The election for Chief Minister will take place on Tuesday 4th October at 10.30 in a special sitting of the Tynwald.
