Douglas prom could be getting a new spa and sauna after the council voted to approve plans.
The Kishtey Cheh Sauna and Spa in Port Erin has approached the local authority about trading on Queen's Promenade.
Councillors voted to approve the plans in principle after hearing it would be near planned improvement works on the nearby gardens.
However, the spa would still need to apply for planning permission.
